Peace & Grace to each of you beautiful and bountiful blessed being..

Always be mindful that even when you are being a listening ear, to do just that.  Listen and allow it to bounce off.  Do not allow it to travel down your ear canal festering in your spirit.  You are not a trash receptacle for toxins that other carry nor are you a bench to carry their weight.  Continuously stay in tune with your inner spiritual man/woman to know when to shred and shed the unnecessary vices of negativity that attempt to linger in your realm, mind and or spirit.  Love & blessings to you, you, you and you, Monique “1MOpoeticSOUL” D.
