Peace & Grace to you my lovely and beautiful ones..

Once again, it’s a brand new day you are having the blessed pleasure to experience. The sounds of life in the tunes the birds sing as they travel from branch to branch.  Filling trees with multiplicative melodies of magnificence.  The scent of fresh blooming flowers that smile with each petal and even in the mist of the summer rains, we must give thanks for the sweet dew that is necessary for growth and for the marinating lubricant that sustains life.  So with all that being ingested give thanks.  In the good, the bad and even in the sometimes questionable, give thanks.  Someone had no opportunity to witness the beauty of life be it separation by cell blocks, hospital walls, asylum corridors or those in dark places who have n compass of which path to find the light in the path of persevering.

So I got to thinking of the ones that have and are experiencing a wounded heart and mental collision.  What am I speaking of.  It is simply my lovely ones.  Have you ever experience the breaking of your heart and although you reached a point, you thought you were pass the pain, but the sting is continual and the salt seems to still pour into your wombs.  I speak to those that are and have experience and mental collision when you reached that pivotal moment when you lost your mind or when you simply were overwhelmed mentally with life’s struggles and experiences, that you had no idea if you were going or coming.  Knew what your name was, who you were and where you were and simply didn’t and would care if they were offering free “save” cards for you upon declaring, “I need help”.  This life can present an array of occurrences and most you are not prepared for and some you simply are speechless and questionable of the simply question, “why me”  Well if this has been you or is in fact you, I am speaking to you.  You must reach that point when you simply have to choose are you willing to bandage your problems or rehabilitate yourself.  Upon instant thought, applying a dab of Neosporin and placing a bandage on it, seems simple.  But depending upon the complexity of your situation and how mush heart, mind and spirit is on the line and is now in limbo, much more may need to be prescribed.  In this situation the bandage would be first step to aiding the situation, identifying it and seeking help.  But once this is done, you must take the proper steps to continue healing.  Developing a system of overcoming your hurt and nursing and healing your wounds is the strategy of rehabilitating yourself.  Custom making the tools that aid in each area of your injuries and the complexity and level of treatment that is imperative to not only treating your wounds but spiritual strategy of healing and overcoming your hurt to have a testimony to others to strengthen others just like you.  Sharing your story and shedding the pain and guilt of your trials is healthy and therapeutic.  I have found out that when you walk around holding all that hurt it festers and harm your spirit and impairs you in more ways than it could ever be of help.  Shed the hurt just as dead scales and let them go.  Heal properly and productively and identify your sacred support system.  This should consist of select individuals that you trust and have a magnitude of spiritual knowledge and consciousness.  Be sure to keep the positive energy on the up and up in your circles.  No one ever healed with the “Negative Nancy’s” in their atmosphere.

I challenge you to heal and move forward and reach the point that you back and glimpse your scars and you are reminded of your strength and not succumbing to the struggle.

Love & Blessings to you, you, you and you, Monique “1MOpoeticSOUL” D.
